Vivo Launched two Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i in India: 5,000mAh Battery, Triple Rear Camera Setup and More

Chinese company Vivo has launched its two phones Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i in India last week. The main specifications include Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i with Qualcomm Snapdragon 460, Triple rear camera setup, 13-mp primary camera and 5,000mAh battery. There is very little difference between the two phones, the main difference of which is RAM. Vivo Y20 has been given 4GB RAM while Vivo Y20i has 3GB RAM. Both these phones come with two colour options. Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i compete in the Indian market with smartphones like Redmi 9 Prime, Redmi 9 and Moto G9.

Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i Specifications and Features

The Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i phones are equipped with Dual-SIM connectivity and work on the Fun Touch OS based on Android 10. Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor has been used in these phones. These have a 6.51-inch HD+ (720*1,600 pixel) IPS LCD display, which has a water-drop notch. Vivo Y20 comes with 4GB RAM and Vivo Y20i comes with 3GB RAM. Both phones include 64GB of inbuilt storage.

The Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i have a triple rear camera setup, in which the primary camera is equipped with a 13-mp F/2.2 aperture. The phone has two additional 2-mp sensors with F/2.4 aperture as part of this setup. The front has an 8-mp camera with a F/1.8 aperture for the selfie. Camera modes like Portrait Mode, Professional Mode, Slow-Motion, Panorama, Live Photo, Video and Photo are part of the phone.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i include Bluetooth 5.0, Dual Band Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, USB-OTG, FM Radio, Micro-USB port and 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors such as Accelerometer, Proximity, Abiant Light, and e-compaas are part of the phone.

The Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y20i are accompanied by a large 5,000mAh battery and the Vivo Y20 supports 18W fast charging while the Vivo Y20i supports 10W standard charging. Both phones come with a side-mountad Fingerprint Scanner. The phone measures 164.41*76.32*8.41 in dimensions and weighs 192.3 grams.

Vivo Y20's 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage Variants have been priced at Rs 12,990. This phones comes with two colour options like Obsidian Black and Dawn White. It will be made available from August 28 on all major partner retail stores, Vivo India e-store and other major e-commerce websites like Flipkart and Amazon.

On the other hand, the price of Vivo Y20i 3GB RAM and 64GB Storage Model has been kept at Rs 11,490. This phone comes with a two colour options like Nebula Blue and Dawn White. It will be available for purchase from 3 September on Vivo India e-store, all major partner retail stores and other leading e-commerce websites such as Flipkart and Amazon.
